Now...if we zoom into Rihanna's see-through top, there's a hickey :-)

On Monday night, Rihanna stepped out bra-less in this retro sheer top which she wore to a Met Gala after-party. Now, if we zoom into the photo, there's a hickey on RiRi's left boobs. Someone's been there recently. Bad girl. Lol. Continue to see it...

Dear LIB readers; my husband's demands are weird

From a female LIB reader...
Please I need your advice. My husband is the dearest thing in this world I've ever had! He's so different from most other guys: intelligent, funny, handsome, very muscular and well-built, and is an amazing person. He's also extremely playful. And I love him so much for all these. But there's this part I don't really enjoy: he makes some demands I'm not comfortable with. The two main ones are these: most mornings when we wake up from sleep he would insist we should kiss deeply with our unbrushed "smelly" mouths. The few times I agree, I don't enjoy it at all! Our mouths usually taste very sour then! I can never understand why he likes it but he says his love for me far exceeds my unbrushed mouth! Also when we're eating, he would tell me to pour food I'm chewing in my mouth into his own mouth, even when my saliva has made it so wet and yucky!
Sometimes he just wants me to put plain saliva from my mouth into his own! And he would say it's the same thing that happens when we kiss, but to me they're VERY different. And funny enough, the few times I agree to do these things, he would end up with a very very huge erecti*n and we would end up... But the problem is, when I don't agree, he would say I'm not interested in improving our intimacy, that I'm the only person in this world he can do them with yet I'm denying him the pleasure. The truth is, I don't think I'll ever be comfortable with these things. Please what should I do??? Does my agreeing to do these things really build our intimacy?

7 Monday-To-Sunday Sex Styles You Should Try …1 Every Day

Being creative in bed will keep your partner happy to an extent, so skip the missionary sex style for this week and go wild and dirty with your lover.

Why Most Nigerian Girls Are Opting To Have Relationships With Vibrator.

Vibrator Vibrator
These reasons make you want to fall in love with one of the many coloured and multi-dimensional Vibrators of different tribes and race.
The alarming rate of ladies carrying Vibrators in their bags is disturbing. Some others have it in the drawers or wardrobes, neatly tucked away till the moment arrives.
Stores that sell sex toys are struggling to meet the demand for dildos and vibrators.
When you speak with these set of Nigerian girls about it, their cogent reasons make you want to fall in love with one of the many coloured and multi-dimensional Vibrators of different tribes, race and colour.
Here are some reasons.
1. Vibrators are obedient little babies. They do exactly what you want them to do.
2. The Vibrator knows when to pick up speed and slow down.
3. The vibrator does not need to be pleased. It affords us the opportunity to be selfish in bed.
4. Vibrators do not make noise.
5. They are always good to go. No complaint of being tired.
6. Sex with no strings attached.
.7. Vibrators don’t care about how wide I am.
8. Vibrators give me multiple “creaming.”
9. I am not disturbed if the size will satisfy me. I picked it or rather “him” myself.

Doing This One Thing Right After Sex Can Improve Your Relationship

Who isn't tired of the relationship cliché that women love spooning after sex while men prefer passing the eff out? But research out of the University of Toronto Mississauga shows that a little post-nooky snuggle sesh can help improve your relationship.
The study, published in the Archives of Sexual Behavior, shows that "kissing, caressing, and loving talk" after intercourse are all associated with greater sexual and relationship satisfaction.
Kat Van Kirk, Ph.D., a licensed marriage and sex therapist, says that oxytocin is likely the main driver behind this phenomenon. In fact, many people refer to oxytocin as the "love hormone"; it's released as a result of pleasurable physical contact and has been shown to increase bonding.
Staying physically close after sex can also act as a form of nonverbal communication. "It can help you relax, inhibit any sensations of pain—emotional or physical—and help reinforce to your partner that you are invested and committed to them," says Van Kirk.
Other benefits include the simple fact that closeness can lead to more sex. "Cuddling can help keep you aroused for another roll in the hay," says Van Kirk.
Interestingly, parents in the study gained the most from post-romp closeness, and women also seem to have benefited to a greater extent (although men reported improved relationships and sex lives, too). So how much time exactly should you devote to post-coital cuddling? Aim for more than 15 minutes—that's what the people in the study who said they were happiest with their relationships did.

What I Learned From Sleeping With My Boss

When I started my job as an account executive in advertising sales, I was 23 and had been living in New York City for a year. I'd also broken up with my boyfriend of six years two months earlier, and I hadn't been on a date since.
On the first day, my boss, Justin (not his real name), came up to me to say hi while I was setting up my voicemail. I was immediately struck by how much cuter he was in person than via Skype (we'd only done video interviews up until that point since he was based in the company's Chicago office). Justin was 27, tall, dark-haired, and blue-eyed. Though I would have to be blind not to notice how attractive he was, I told myself he was off-limits since he was my boss.

During our first in-person conversation, Justin told me that the two of us would be going to a "get to know each other" dinner that night. It made sense since we'd be in contact via phone or e-mail pretty much every day. When we got to the dimly lit seafood restaurant he picked, I couldn't help but notice that it looked like a perfect date-night spot—and then he ordered a bottle of wine for us the moment we sat down.

Granted, in sales, there's a lot of social drinking at work functions, so I didn't think too much of it. We started chatting about our industry and my new job, and then, toward the end of the bottle, we got onto the subject of how our friends from the small towns we grew up in got married at a young age—and how neither of us saw our lives going that way. He said, "Yeah, some of my friends got married so they could have sex," Justin said. "Wouldn't that suck not to have sex?" I was taken aback, so I changed the subject.
Shortly afterward, Justin said, "So, uh, should we order a second bottle?" He seemed to know he was suggesting something a little taboo because he said it quietly out of the side of his mouth. Even though two bottles of wine at a work meeting seemed aggressive to me, I agreed because I didn't want to turn down my boss, and I was really enjoying the first intimate conversation I'd had with a guy since breaking up with my boyfriend. Right after we ordered the next bottle, he got up to go to the bathroom, and I realized that I was pretty tipsy.
As we worked on the second bottle, we started talking about what dating is like in a big city, and I told him that I had recently broken up with my boyfriend. Then he casually mentioned that he had a girlfriend, and I thought, "Of course he has a girlfriend."
I think if there were a larger age gap between the two of us, it would have felt weird to be drinking so much and getting so personal—but since he's only four years older than me, the line between boss and friend became blurry very quickly.
When I got home that night, I told my roommates that I felt like I had just had a great first date—with my boss. Maybe it was the wine or the personal conversation, but I could feel a connection between us. And then I remembered that he had girlfriend.

During my first weeks on the job, Justin and I talked via instant message and on the phone about his brother getting married, my sister moving to New York, and other details I wouldn't normally discuss with just any old coworker. Though we didn't text on the weekends or even follow each other on social media, our relationship was instantly friendly.

About a month after I'd started my job, the company sent me to Chicago for a week to help Justin entertain our Midwest clients at various dinners and happy hours; it was going to be a lot of socializing and drinking. Before I left, my roommate said, "You know you can't hook up with him." And I responded with, "Duh! I know that!"
When I arrived at the Chicago office, I got off the elevator and walked into Justin's office. He gave me a hug, and I was a little nervous. It felt like seeing someone I had gone on a date with again. He and I started setting up my desk, and within two minutes of our hug, he said, "Yeah, my girlfriend and I broke up." I said I was sorry to hear that and that breakups are tough.
We had a client event planned for my first night in the city. But a couple of hours before we were supposed to meet them, Justin suggested we head to the bar early to hang out before they got there. I didn't understand why he wanted to go so early, but of course I was up for spending more time with him. When we got to the rooftop bar he'd chosen for the upcoming meetings, the sun was setting and the weather was beautiful. The waitress came over to us, and he ordered cocktails for us both—despite the fact that we normally wait for clients to arrive to order drinks.
After one drink, he asked me was if I still talked to my ex-boyfriend. I said I didn't. Then he said his last girlfriend turned out to be kind of a homebody and he wanted someone who was more outgoing and fun. We talked more about relationships and what qualities we liked in the opposite sex. But when the clients joined us, we got back to business.
After they left, Justin closed out the tab, turned to me, and asked if I wanted to go to a blues bar. I happen to love blues music and thought, "Another thing we have in common!" When we got there, he went to the bar, got us drinks, and sat down next to me at a big banquet table. He teased me for being from Manhattan and drinking cocktails, and I teased him for being from Chicago and drinking beer. We sat on the same side of the table, our knees almost touching, and we faced each other. Then he took my hand and asked me to dance. I didn't hesitate at all. While we were dancing, he pulled me closer and said, "This might be inappropriate, but I want to go home with you." I didn't feel like, "Oh, my sleazy boss thinks I'm hot." In that moment, I lost track of the fact that he was my superior.
I knew in the back of my head that maybe this wasn’t a good idea, but we were clearly attracted to each other, so I just went with my gut. I said, "That is inappropriate, but yes." And we went back to my hotel room.
That was the first time that I had slept with anyone since breaking up with my boyfriend, and the sex was really good—even better than it had been with my ex at the end of our relationship, when sleeping together kind of felt like a chore. In fact, sleeping with Justin felt so great that I stopped worrying about whether I was making a mistake—at least for a little while.

The next morning, we woke up, and Justin tried to cuddle with me. That's when I thought, "Why are we doing this?" It felt too intimate, and I was concerned about how a relationship might affect our work. So while in bed, we had a conversation about how we wanted to keep things professional in the office. We both agreed not to make it awkward. In my mind, it was a one-time thing, despite the fact that I kind of liked him.

A few days later, we had back-to-back client meetings during the day. Nothing was awkward between us, but the whole time I kept thinking about how we had another client event that night. I was looking forward to it because, deep down, I hoped to spend more out-of-office time with Justin. Also, I knew we would end up hooking up because we'd had so much fun the first time; there was no reason why it wouldn't happen again. It felt like the beginning of a new relationship, when you just want to spend as much time together as you can.
That night, we took the clients to dinner, then a sports bar. After we said goodbye to them, Justin asked if I wanted another drink, so we got another round. Although I don't remember what we said, I do remember that Justin scooted his chair closer to mine, and we tried each other's drinks. While we were talking, he brushed his hand against my leg. I leaned in closer, and he put his arm around my chair. After I don't know how much time, the bartender said, "We're doing last call." Justin said, "Let's get out of here." We linked arms, walked out the door, and jumped in a cab. He gave his address to the driver.
Surprisingly, seeing Justin's apartment wasn't that weird. I felt like I was seeing my friend's place; his roommate was there and everything. When I woke up the next morning, I thought, "That was really dumb, but this was the last time."
Looking back, I see that I kept making the same decision and regretting it, but it kept happening because I just really liked spending time with Justin. When we were together, we would get so caught up in talking that we would lose all sense of boundaries. Hooking up with your boss sounds bad on paper, but there was an electricity between us that I couldn't deny.
When I got back to New York, I told my roommate, "Oh, my gosh, I did it. I slept with my boss." She said that she wasn't that surprised because of how I'd talked about him leading into my trip to Chicago.
At work, there was no flirtation, texting, or even talk about what had happened back in Chicago. I liked being able to put it out of my mind like it had never happened; it made it easier to forget that I felt something for Justin.
About six months after my first trip to Chicago, I went back for more meetings and a work holiday party with 800 clients and other people in the ad sales industry. After the party, I went with a group of clients to another bar, not realizing that more people from the party would be there.
That's when I ran into Justin for the first time that night. We caught up on all the clients and industry people we'd chatted with up until that point, and he introduced me to more clients from Chicago. As people started leaving, a few of us stayed to dance. My boss and I started inching closer to each other on the dance floor, and at one point he grabbed my hand and twirled me. Then, he said, "My house is actually right down the block." I said, "I'll come over!" I had completely given up on my ability to say no to him.

When I woke up at 9:30 the next morning, I was in a serious panic because Justin's boss had called both of our phones while we were asleep. We were supposed to be in the office to take a group of clients out to lunch. Plus, later that night, I had a flight to catch back to New York. Somehow, even though we were both hungover, we pulled ourselves together and made it to our appointment. Afterward, Justin said, "You should push back your flight so we can go out together tonight."

I felt too sick to get on the plane, but I didn't want him to think that it was okay for us to keep hanging out outside of work, so I didn't tell him I was taking a later flight. But he must have found out somehow because that night he texted me and said, "Hey, I'm playing darts at the bar—do you want to come play?" I said, "I'm really tired and don't want to go out tonight, but thanks." And he replied, "Oh, that's lame."
I was a little worried that Justin would be upset because I turned him down and then take it out on me at work. Luckily, he acted again as if nothing had happened in Chicago. A week after my trip, he ended up coming to the New York office for another company holiday party.
Although we didn't talk much at the party, Justin sought me out to tell me that large group of people from work were going to another bar to get drinks. Even though we were with about 20 people, Justin ordered me a drink and chatted with me about work. A little bit later, he told me that a smaller group was going to another bar and asked me to come. As our coworkers started to go home one by one, he became more touchy-feely and started grabbing my waist. He began teasing me for not coming out in Chicago, and somehow I ended up on his lap. Then, after all of our coworkers had left, we started making out at the bar.
I assumed that we would hook up again, though we never had in New York before. When it was getting late, I suggested that we go. That's when he said, "I'm not coming over. There's a girl waiting for me in my hotel room."
The next morning, when I'd had time to process what had happened, I was mad because Justin had blatantly told me he was about to hook up with someone else—right after making out with me. When he revealed that he had another option waiting for him at his hotel—apparently one he preferred—I was furious at him for disrespecting me like that. I was also mad at myself for developing feelings for my boss.
I knew I had to let it go so that I could keep my cool at work, though. So I texted Justin and said that leading me on until 4:30 in the morning was not okay. He responded, "I have the sense that there are feelings here, and you never said you had them. I'm a little caught off-guard." I used work as an excuse to cover up the fact that he was right. I said, "Regardless of whether there were feelings, you're my boss, and you can't pull stuff like that on me." He said, "I respect you. I don't know why you would think otherwise." He asked if I wanted to talk about it to clear the air, and I said, "No, it's fine. This has to end." He said, "I think the best thing for us to do is to not partake in that activity anymore." I agreed.

When Justin went back to Chicago, our relationship turned much more professional than it had been before. Instead of talking about our families and weekend plans, we just talked about two things: work and the weather.

Three months after the girl-in-his-hotel-room incident, I found out that my boss had had a new girlfriend since the Christmas party in Chicago. I discovered this in one of the worst ways possible, too: In a meeting, some coworkers casually mentioned my boss's girlfriend. I said, "Wait, he has a girlfriend?!" No one at work realized we were hooking up, but they knew we talked almost every day, so it didn't seem weird that I was surprised he hadn't told me. One of my colleagues said, "Yeah, she used to work here." Since the woman lives in New York, I assume it's the same person who was waiting for him that night.
I wanted to confront Justin about having a girlfriend over the phone, but I didn't want to make a scene at work or give him a chance to defend himself by calling him on his cell. So a week later, when I was scheduled to have a closed-door meeting with him over the phone, I said, "So I heard you have a girlfriend. How long have you been dating?" He started stuttering and said, "I'm not keeping a formal calendar or anything. Why are you asking me this? I'm blushing." I could tell he was really flustered, so I turned the conversation back to work. I just wanted him to know that I knew—I had nothing else to say about it.
A few minutes later, he instant messaged me and said, "You came in pretty hot with calling me out." I think he was worried that I was going to tell someone that we had hooked up. Or who knows—maybe he actually felt bad about it. I said, "It's fine. Just relax. It's not the end of the world; you just needed to get called out on that." And he said, "That's fair."

Though Justin is still my boss, it can be hard to work together because of our past. I respect him less as a person, but I don't feel like I need to run away from my job because of it, either. We just keep our conversations short and to-the-point.

Despite how things turned out, if I could go back in time, I think I would make the same decisions. We had a lot of fun while it lasted, and most importantly, the experience prepared me to start dating again. That was the first time in six years that I had been attracted to and had a connection with someone other than my ex.
In the future, I probably won't be so open to sleeping with another superior because I know that my situation could have turned out a lot worse than it did (no one at work ever found out about us). At the same time, though, I'm open to the possibility of finding love at work. So I wouldn't rule it out altogether. Plus, the whole thing does make for a pretty great story.

What His Teeth Say About His Penis

If your guy is skimping on good-brushing habits, it might leave him with a rotten mouth—and a deflated penis. Poor dental hygiene may hamper his ability to get hard, finds new preliminary research from Taiwan.
In the study, men with erectile dysfunction (ED) were 79 percent more likely to have been diagnosed with chronic periodontal disease (CPD) than guys without ED. CPD is an infection that occurs when the gums pull away from the teeth, creating deep pockets that harbor bacteria and allow the bugs to spread to the bone surrounding the teeth. (It’s not just bad brushing—his other habits might be sinking his stiffy, too. Find out the eight ways a dude can protect his erection.)
Chronic inflammation caused by gum disease may damage a guy's endothelial cells, which form the lining on all of the blood vessels—including those in his penis. The endothelial damage can result in impaired blood flow, leaving him limp in the sack, says Larry Lipshultz, M.D., a urology advisor for Men’s Health. (Because the blood vessels to the penis are about 25 percent the size of the ones to the coronaries, ED can often serve as an early warning sign for heart problems and vascular disease. So if your guy is experiencing ED, be sure to have him consult his doctor to make sure his member isn’t the only malfunction.)
The researchers suggest tooth extraction may help reduce the ED by eliminating the inflammation. But thankfully, that’s a last resort here in the U.S.
Instead, if the disease is caught in the early stages, treatment can be as simple as a few deep cleanings from a dentist.  If it’s discovered later on, gum surgery to reduce the pockets and restore some of the bone loss may be necessary, says Sally J. Cram, consumer advisor for the American Dental Association (ADA).
Once a man has the disease under control, she suggests scheduling more frequent cleanings—every three months rather than six months. (Regular appointments are also important because dentists can spot these six serious health problems.)
People who have had periodontal disease in the past are more likely to get it again, so it’s important that he take precautionary measures and monitor for symptoms.
“Most people who have the disease don’t feel pain until it is in the advanced stages so be sure to see your dentist if you experience red swollen gums, bleeding gums when brushing, bad breath, loose teeth, and receding gums,” says Cram.
The good thing, though, is that periodontal disease is almost entirely preventable. Just make sure your guy is brushing for two minutes twice daily with a fluoride toothpaste—look for an ADA Seal of Acceptance for best results—have him floss once per day, and make sure he drags himself to the dentist for regular cleanings and checkups, says Cram.

9 Types Of Kisses And Their Meaning

Kiss is a way of communication between the two loving hearts. It is not only a sensual and powerful means to express affection, but also the way to send a message to your loved one.
Your Tango shares the secret message contained in 9 types of kisses. See them all below.
1. Peck. A teasing quick lip-on-lip contact sends a primary message, which is “I want to kiss you and — hopefully, sometime soon — make out, but it’s early and we’re not there yet, so this peck on the lips is a suggestion that there is to be much more smooching in our future.”
2. A long peck. This lasting closed-mouth kiss is chaste and restrained. It cherishes the grown-up relationships as if saying:  “We are so about to make out big-time.”
3. Woodpecker. Rapid-fire kisses. It resembles a game with the following implication: “I really like you, a lot, but I don’t want to get myself all randy right now.” It’s cute and lovely, usually exercised in public where nobody wants to see you swallow each other’s faces.
vAjCex7vWlK9L72JuhCrN9qw4. French kiss. Also called the king of kisses. And this is for a reason! A bit of theory: it involves open mouths and tongue interaction. French kiss is too complex to be described generally, thus it requires further subdivision.
b) Tongue Tango. Ideally an elegant ballet of tongue play, the Tongue Tango occurs when the tips of the tongues push off of each other and twist around as if saying:  “I think outside the box in and out of bed.”
c) He’s Eating My Mouth. The kisser opens his or her mouth as wide as possible, rolls their tongue all around and down their partner’s throat and then, inexplicably, slides it all over their poor partner’s face.
It means: “I want you to think I’m really s*xual and passionate but in reality, I am totally oblivious to your vibe and will probably stink in bed. Big time.”
5. Love Bite. Enough for French kisses. Getting in a little nip of the lip or neck means “I’m playful,” and might also reveal that you’re not totally opposed to a little bit of pain with your pleasure.  But don’t overdo by drawing blood. LOL
6. I Love You/I Hate You. This  is a really informative kiss saying “You make me so mad and I can’t stand you but I must have you and that makes me even more mad which makes me want you even more, DAMN YOU!!!” So, as you see, informative enough, Should be practiced on special occasions though.
7. Hard-mouth-closed. This one is featured in many classic films. It occurs when the leading man finally pins down his female nemesis/love interest and plants one on her. Accompanied by a wrist grab, it says: “I’m going to teach you not to sass me and give me guff, by gum!”
8. Against The Wall. As simple as that: “I want you so bad.”  This kiss occurs spontaneously and in a semi-public setting. But that awkward moment when you always wish there was a bed nearby that you could collapse into…
9. The Bend Back. Although it is old-fashioned, it’s extremely romantic, when the man leans in to his woman and bends her backward, often with one hand holding the small of your back, and the other placed gently against the side of your face. NB: This kiss is only for those crazy in love with each other and wishing to say: “Darling, I am yours. Hold onto your petticoats as my white steed approaches to whisk us away to fairy-land.”

Seven Things More Pleasurable Than Sex

sex

What could possibly be better than sex with the one you love ? Well, according to science, a lot of things really. And it's not to say that sex isn't still important to people, but sometimes other things take priority. Like bacon.
A recent study revealed that 16 percent of women in the UK would give up sex for life to have a slice of cake. I mean, cake is good and all, but what? What
other things are triggering "not tonight, honey" excuses from both men and women? See the scientifically-proven, better-than-sex activities below.

What To Do if You Get an Engagement Ring You Hate

SHUTTERSTOCK
It's a scenario that probably hasn't crossed your proposal-fantasy radar: The love of your life gets down on one knee, asks you the question you're dying to say yes to, opens the box, and...the ring is so not right. Not as in you wish it were bigger or more expensive or the exact design you saw on Pinterest but never showed him—but as in, it just isn't you and you can't imagine wearing it for the rest of your life, no matter how hard you try.
Did the bottom just drop out of your stomach? We don't blame you—such a sensitive situation probably isn't how you imagined kicking off your engagement, but don't worry. It happens, and there are several ways to deal while keeping both you and your fiancé happy.
Don't Panic

If your first thought was something along the lines of, "If he picked a ring that was so wrong, he must not know me as much as I thought he did," take a breath. Taste is crazy individual, says Jane Greer, Ph.D., New York-based relationship expert and author of What About Me? Stop Selfishness From Ruining Your Relationship, so even if your guy knows yours, it's unrealistic to expect him to be able to pick out the perfect ring—and his inability to do so is most certainly not a bad omen for your future marriage.
Take a Few Days

No matter how you feel about the ring, it's a conversation that can wait, says Michaela Renee, vice president of sales at jewelry chain Roberto Coin's engagement collection, Cento. Live with the ring for a week or two, not only so you can see if it grows on you, but so you two can enjoy being, you know, engaged. "It should be one of the happiest times of your life," says Renee. "Bask in your engagement, and let him enjoy the fact that you're happy. The ring can be dealt with later."

Sometimes, if you hate the ring, you hate the ring, and there's nothing that can be done about that. But there's no harm in asking him what made him choose that particular ring for you, says Greer. You never know: He could have a story behind it that will make your knees weak and completely change the way you see the ring. In which case: problem solved.

If you've sat with the ring for a few days and know that you won't be able to live with it, it's okay to move forward in getting a ring that you'll really love. Just make sure you know exactly what you don't like about the ring beforetalking to your fiancé because articulating that a particular setting doesn't suit your style or that a certain stone shape isn't for you is a softer blow than simply saying, "I hate it."
Changing a setting can be a fairly easy and painless process if your guy is working with a reputable jeweler, says Renee (after all, they want to keep your business) so consider that as your first course of action instead of looking for a whole new ring (which would likely also upset your partner more).
If what you don't like about it has to do with the size or the price, though, you might want to keep your mouth shut and keep things in perspective. Upgrading rings for future relationship milestones is very common, says Renee, so if you're disappointed with the size of your rock, don't worry. You'll get there. "Marriage is supposed to be forever, and your five-year anniversary isn't that far away," says Renee.

Remember: Your fiancé is going to want you to have something you truly love. Still, picking out a ring and proposing to you was likely an emotional, personal experience for him. So treading lightly is imperative.
"Never insult the ring," says Renee. "You have to skew things in a positive sense, no matter how you feel. You can say, 'Thank you so much! I'm so happy we're engaged, and it's a beautiful ring, but it's not really me.'" And if it's a matter of just changing the setting, make him a part of that by asking if you two can design it together. Just make sure that when you do, it's a positive experience where you explore new options together, not dwell on your unhappiness with the ring you're redesigning or returning. Renee has witnessed her fair share of obviously disappointed women and their hurt or angry fiancés in-store, and that experience isn't fun for anyone.

If you know that marriage is where your relationship is headed, it's not a bad idea to fill your guy in on the ring you want before he pops the big question, says Renee: "You have to drop hints to your future fiancé. Whether it's leaving pictures around or mentioning things that you like, that's your number-one line of defense to get something that you want." And no, it isn't pushy or tacky. More and more women have gotten comfortable with communicating what they like—even if it's just in case—so don't be afraid to loop your guy in before he gets down on one knee.

Best and Worst Foods for Sex

Libido-boosting foods

It can take more than just a few candles and a Marvin Gaye song to feel sexy. A healthy lifestyle—from the food you eat to the exercise you do—can make you look and feel better, and improve your sex life, too. At the same time, some foods can be mood- and libido-killers.

"The link between food and sex drive isn’t just wishful thinking" says Cynthia Sass, RD, author ofS.A.S.S Yourself Slim ($10-14;amazon.com). "Studies show that certain foods or nutrients do play a role in boosting libido and supporting a healthy sex life."

Here are a variety of foods that can put some sizzle—or fizzle—in your sex life

Relationship Tips

10 Things I Find Sexy in a Woman (That Have Nothing to Do with Looks).

dream bicycle

I love women.

I love the way they seem to always smell good; how they can change topics five times a minute while talking with their girlfriends and yet it makes sense to them.
I love the way women touch and kiss me and the way they surrender when orgasming.
This is a response to Melanie Curtin’s article celebrating the masculine 10 Things I Find Sexy About Men (That Aren’t All About Sex); thank you, Melanie, for seeing the masculine and admiring our strengths and gifts as men—for seeing our inherent sexiness and for being turned on by us.
Reading your article, I felt excited to be a man, as all the things you have listed feel good for me also. I feel seen, loved and proud to be masculine and to enjoy the amazing feminine that you and all the other women out there embody.
After reading your article, I was inspired to write an equal celebration of the feminine and express my appreciation of woman’s inherent sexiness and the turn-on I feel by that.
I love the shape of their bodies, how it curves as a complement to mine and is soft even when it’s firm.

I love that we are different and the way we arrange and think about life is different, although may seem similar from the outside.

I love the way we balance each other out and when we come together as man and woman, something unique arises for both of us.
The feminine has me in awe and I am most inspired to hold the stage so that you blossom and radiate and bring forth that love the universe thrives on so we may play and love freely enjoying this…whatever this is. All right, all right that is a getting a bit too flowery. Let’s get on with it!

10. Sassiness

A woman who isn’t afraid to express her boundaries clearly and playfully is hot.
I didn’t even know this word until about six months ago when I met a woman who embodied sassiness to me, and damn, was it sexy. She took no shit from nobody; her attitude was fun and snappy and I found myself enjoying it immensely, even when I was on the receiving end of it.
I see sassiness as a woman’s ability to hold to her own intentions in a way that is clear, direct and playful. It is when she can snap out saucy one-liners that state what her boundaries are in a way that leaves room for playful banter and further exploring those boundaries. She is telling me what is and isn’t okay and she is giving me the space to play with that, to lean into it and see what is a solid boundary and what is negotiable.
Knowing her boundaries, I get to know her more; it is an opportunity for opening and connecting, when I am solid enough to not turn into a big suck if she blows me off.

9. Freely Expresses her Moods

This one used to bother and confound me (a lot) until I got into a better relationship with the emotionality of the feminine and began to see how awesome the full spectrum of it is.
I love how in tune women are with their emotions and how expressive and honest they are. How, when she is in a loving mood she will randomly show me affection, cuddling me from behind or kiss me out of nowhere and when the storm is swirling inside of her, how powerful her wrath can be. And, when I settle into myself and enjoy the show, all of it is fun and damn, a woman can be incredibly sexy in her wrath.
And, most of all I love that when I am fully with her, whatever mood she’s in, it’s always an opportunity for opening and deeper connection.

8. Takes Care of Herself

One of my favorite things is to lie in bed and watch a woman prepare herself for the day. Watching her apply various lotions, moisturizers and makeup that I have absolutely no idea about; seeing her get dressed—and a woman never wears the first thing she puts on—there is always at least one change if not more. To go into the bathroom and see a rack of various shampoos, soaps and creams.
That a woman carries around a handbag, a clutch, a satchel, or a whatever. (I didn’t even know what a clutch was until a woman friend told me about it earlier this week!) That she has a huge collection of shoes and clothes, and that she has her favorites which are on rotation—and that she has the ability to dress for any event.
I love how a woman will even be thinking about what she is going to wear days before any event.
I know how much effort you women put into yourself and we appreciate it and enjoy it. We may not know exactly what you’re doing, we notice, (even when we act like we don’t).
A woman’s appearance is art in motion; it is a creative process that I have little idea of. Manicures, pedicures, shaving, waxing, you name it! And then, she finishes dressing and tells me to hurry up. I put on my pants and shirt in two minutes and am waiting by the door while she is still applying the finishing touches.

7. Takes Care of Sh*t!

This is also a cliché, yet I find it so true. I know how to wash my own clothes and fold them (sort of); I can keep a house clean and pay bills. I have even mended my own stuff with a needle and thread on the odd occasion and yet, I do none of it well. My clothes are never as clean or smell as good as when a woman washes them; I have no idea how to remove a stain and I tend to throw stuff onto shelves or into drawers as they never fold quite right. I also hate paying bills and having to follow the in and out flow of money (luckily I currently have zero bills in my life).
Women are just better at this stuff and when I have a woman who takes care of this, it makes my life less stressful. Let’s swap. I’ll take care of all the “manly” stuff; fixing and moving heavy stuff around and you can take care of the womanly stuff and make things look and smell good!

6. Appreciates my Help

Truly helping a woman out makes me feel awesome. When I can give her a piggyback ride across a puddle or move something heavy for her and when she is genuinely grateful for my help.
Some women refuse help when offered and that makes me sad, hey, most of us don’t want anything in return. So, when a woman asks, or graciously accepts help, it’s sexy because we both get to feel good.

5. Her smile

I love it when a woman smiles; I mean really smiles, in a way that her heart and soul shine. It doesn’t matter what it’s directed at, it could be a baby, a puppy, a cute animal, her boyfriend, husband or even better, at me!
Any which way, every time a woman smiles that beautiful smile a fairy is born and the world becomes a slightly more beautiful place.
Sexy.

4. The Way She Moves

It doesn’t matter how a woman dances, just that she feels the music and lets it move her.
There was one young woman, a friend and I, met a while ago while traveling to an island in Thailand. She danced in a way that I had never seen before; bobbing up and down and her tongue would poke out of her mouth occasionally in this incredibly cute way.
It wasn’t particularly sexy, in the way we generally think about sexy dancing, yet both my friend and I were so captivated by the way she moved and enjoyed the music that we danced with her for several hours straight. It was a turn-on as she was dancing in a way that was her expression and that is what is sexy.
Of course it is also hot when a woman does dance sexy, and dances with her friends, and yes, dances with me!

3. Communicates Honestly and Openly

As adults, we can communicate as such. I find it incredibly attractive when a woman can communicate clearly. I am a pretty sensitive guy in terms of being able to feel and interpret people’s emotions, but I’m still a guy and my powers in that field pale in comparison to a woman’s awareness of subtle nuances of feelings and emotions.
Sometimes, I just don’t know what you are feeling and why and when you can tell me clearly whatever it is that is going on for you in the moment; it makes it so much more rewarding and easy to be with you. I appreciate you for exploring what is actually going on with me, so that we can find a way to mutually avoid conflict.
Bravely following the thread whether it leads us to hurt, pain or otherwise, we’re opening ourselves up.

2. Trusts Me

couple in fieldIn the past, women in my life never seemed to have trouble deciding where to go or what to eat. The fact that they looked at me to make the decisions put stress and pressure on me. I used to scream in my head, “Why can’t she just choose?”
Now, I see that as a total cop-out, as the man, I am privileged when she asks me to take the lead. I now thoroughly enjoy having some kind of plan or idea of where we are going and what we’re doing; I like to design a date in line with what a particular woman inspires in me to explore, or to spontaneously see what happens as we come together in our own unique way. I like to make it mysterious and fun, an adventure that we get to act out together and however it may unfold, it is so sexy when a woman can trust me and go along with me.
Whatever happens, I will take care of her and for the duration of our time together my biggest responsibility is for her to feel safe and enjoy the hell out of herself!
And together, we join in a dance that never quite fits what I had envisioned and is almost always way better than I expected as she brings along her own flavor and radiance to the experience. This trust can go deeper than just a date. When she sees my honesty and authenticity and trusts me, that’s just hot. Then, I can relax and open up also.

1. Shares her feelings

This is something new to me. More lately, the women in my life express to me how they feel in their body in the moment when I do or say something. And, it is incredibly sexy.
In that moment of them expressing themselves I feel very close to them, there is a circuit that is completed between us and we are dropping into the present moment.
A somewhat tame example of this (and I have other examples that are way hotter) was when I was sitting holding hands under the table with a cute girl that I like. She said, quietly to me only, that when she’s with me she has butterflies in her stomach. Wow! To share something like that with me, about me, feels incredible. She was being vulnerable, letting me know that I actually have an impact on her, and that’s very, very sexy!
In these moments I feel most like a man, knowing that this woman with me truly feels something by my very presence, that me being myself has moved her.

Anytime a woman shows her vulnerabilities; anger, hurt, fear or sadness, it allows us to be closer to one another and go deeper. I think this ability is one of the cornerstones of having an authentic relationship. And that is what I think everyone is truly looking for, whether they are aware of it or not.
