The fuel scarcity has eaten deep into Nigeria’s
economy for many days now, making both ordinary and notable Nigerians do
extraordinary things in order to combat the sad situation.
The Nollywood star Funke Akindele stunned everyone around her yesterday as she left her car at home and decided to ride a bicycle to church yesterday. The actress took to her Instagram page to explain how the bicycle she rode to church was a life saver due to the fact that the fuel scarcity has reached her also.
The actress also revealed later in the evening yesterday how the stress of riding a bicycle to the church got to her, and she has decided to ride a bike for other purposes. She said this would save more energy and more fuel. See her posts below:
