Sultry ex-actress and model, Regina Askia-Williams is currently thanking God for sparing the live of her eldest and first child, Stephanie after she survived a ghastly auto crash in Ivory Coast, where she's holidaying.
According
to the actress, who narrated the incident, Stephanie merely survived
some compression to the chest and neck contusions after hitting her head
on the tarred road as a result of the crash.
Stephanie and her friends were involved in the crash on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 in Ivory Coast on her way back home.
The Fortunes
star took to her Facebook account to thank God for her daughter's life
while encouraging friends and fans alike to do same on her behalf.
Narrating her experience, the Full Moon actress wrote, "Thank
You God!! The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, his mercies
never come to an end, they are new every morning, new every morning,
Great is thy name oh Lord."
Continuing, she wrote, 'My
daughter Stephanie was involved in a ghastly car accident in Ivory
Coast where she was interning in her fathers company and catching a
vacation. On the way back home with friends driving, Stephanie was in
the back seat , thankfully with her seat belt on.
'The
car took a full side impact from a truck in an intersection. Side and
back of vehicle crushed but Stephy manages to climb out but falls onto
the tar and hits her head. Spent two days in ICU and recovery and was
discharged home with a clean bill.
'Good
news is she and her friends all made it out but Stephy suffered some
compression to the chest and neck contusions. This happened on Wednesday
night and I am just now knowing about it . I'm too weak with relieve to
be mad, and i'm just blessing God. Rejoice with me,' she narrated.
