A Missoula, USA, woman was shocked when she walked into her living room from an outing to find her boyfriend having sex with her three-year-old dog and promptly called in the police.
The man, Kenneth Dwayne Kellmer, has however been released on bail and ordered never to have contact with any dogs or cats after being charged with one count of sexual misconduct forraping the dog.
The judge also ordered Kellmer to be evaluated by a mental health professional.
According to the police investigation, a woman told a police officer that when she returned home, she found Kellmer on the floor with the dog on top of him. A judge issued a warrant for his arrest, and he was arrested.
If found guilty, Kellmer faces 10 years in prison and up to a $50,000 fine.
